Terms and conditions of the Media-MED online store<\/h2>\n

The terms and conditions set out the rules for using the Media-MED Sp. z o.o. online store, placing orders, making payments, delivery, returns, complaints and issuing invoices.<\/p>\n

These Terms and Conditions shall come into force on 1st April 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Scope of business of the online shop<\/h2>\n

Media-MED Sp. z o.o. shop at the website https:\/\/sklep.media-med.pl\/<\/strong> sells goods in the fields of: washing and disinfection, sterilisation, endoscopy and medical equipment.<\/p>\n

The owner, seller and administrator of the shop is Media-MED Sp. z o.o.<\/strong>, ul. Promienistych 7, 31-481 Krak\u00f3w, a company registered in the District Court for Krak\u00f3w-\u015ar\u00f3dmie\u015bcie in Krak\u00f3w, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000364874, NIP: 9452062062, REGON: 120289370.<\/p>\n

  2. Customer<\/strong> \u2013 a natural person, legal person or organisational unit concluding an agreement with the Seller.<\/li>\n
  3. Consumer<\/strong> \u2013 a consumer within the meaning of Article 22\u00b9 of the Civil Code.<\/li>\n
  4. Entrepreneur<\/strong> \u2013 a trader within the meaning of Article 43\u00b9 of the Civil Code.<\/li>\n
  5. sole trader with consumer rights<\/strong> \u2013 a trader within the meaning of Chapter 5a of the Consumer Rights Act.<\/li>\n

  11. Log in<\/strong> \u2013 a string of characters set by the Customer during registration.<\/li>\n
  12. Password<\/strong> \u2013 a character string enabling authorisation of the Customer's account.<\/li>\n
  13. Contract of sale<\/strong> \u2013 sales contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the online store.<\/li>\n
  14. Newsletter<\/strong> \u2013 commercial information sent by Media-MED Sp. z o.o.<\/li>\n
  15. Cookies<\/strong> \u2013 files used, among other things, for remembering user sessions.<\/li>\n
  16. KSeF<\/strong> \u2013 National e-Invoicing System.<\/li>\n
  17. Structured invoice<\/strong> \u2013 invoice issued in KSeF.<\/li>\n
  18. Structured credit note<\/strong> \u2013 correcting invoice issued in KSeF.<\/li>\n
  19. Working day<\/strong> \u2013 day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n

    Technical requirements<\/h2>\n

    1. To use the store, a device with internet access and a current web browser with JavaScript and Cookies enabled are required.<\/li>\n
    2. Media-MED Sp. z o.o. makes every effort to ensure the shop operates correctly, though temporary technical interruptions are possible.<\/li>\n
    3. The customer is liable for making their account available to third parties.<\/li>\n
    4. The seller may temporarily suspend the operation of the shop due to maintenance or modernization work.<\/li>\n
    5. The store uses cookies that are necessary for the proper functioning of the website.<\/li>\n
    6. The Customer is obliged to use the Online Store in a manner consistent with applicable law, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and good practice.<\/li>\n
    7. An active email address is required to use the Store.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n

      Orders<\/h2>\n

      1. Products with a visible price can be purchased by adding them to the basket.<\/li>\n
      2. Placing an order is done by:\n
          \n
        1. Adding products to the basket.<\/li>\n
        2. Specifying the quantity of ordered products.<\/li>\n
        3. Providing the details necessary to fulfil the order: contact details and shipping address.<\/li>\n
        4. Choice of delivery method.<\/li>\n
        5. Choice of payment method.<\/li>\n
        6. Order confirmation through the use of the \u201eBuy and pay\u201d button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        7. Until the order is placed, the Customer has the option to correct the entered data and modify the order.<\/li>\n
        8. The sales agreement is concluded at the moment the order is accepted by the Seller and a confirmation of its acceptance is sent to the Customer via e-mail.<\/li>\n
        9. Different prices depending on the quantity of items ordered may be presented on the product page.<\/li>\n
        10. Promotional products can have a regular price, net promotional price and gross promotional price.<\/li>\n
        11. The system can automatically adjust the price to the selected quantity of the product.<\/li>\n

        13. The customer can check the contents of the basket and the order value by clicking on the \u201eBasket\u201d icon.<\/li>\n
        14. In the case of Products offered exclusively in collective packaging, the order may be placed only for full commercial packaging. Information on the number of pieces in the packaging and the method of sale is provided on the Product page each time.<\/li>\n
        15. Products without a visible price can be ordered via a quotation enquiry.<\/li>\n
        16. In response to the enquiry, the Customer will receive a quotation containing essential information.<\/li>\n
        17. The shop provides a product search engine.<\/li>\n
        18. Registration and acceptance of the terms and conditions may be required to place an order.<\/li>\n
        19. The customer is obliged to provide the data necessary to issue an invoice.<\/li>\n
        20. Once the order has been placed, the system transmits the information to the Seller, and the order is confirmed by telephone, fax or email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n
          V<\/span><\/p>\n

          Order fulfilment<\/h2>\n
            \n
          1. The seller delivers goods that comply with the contract.<\/li>\n
          2. Orders placed by 12:00 are processed on the same working day.<\/li>\n
          3. Orders placed after 12:00 are passed for processing on the next working day.<\/li>\n
          4. Delivery is carried out via the GLS courier service.<\/li>\n
          5. Online-paid orders are processed upon confirmation of payment from the PayU system.<\/li>\n
          6. Prepaid orders are fulfilled once the payment is credited to the account of Media-MED Sp. z o.o.<\/li>\n
          7. In the event of stock shortages or delays, the Customer will be informed of the situation.<\/li>\n
          8. The cost of a telephone call to customer service is in accordance with the operator's tariff.<\/li>\n
          9. Delivery costs within Poland are 26 PLN gross for shipments weighing up to 30 kg and 130 PLN gross for shipments weighing over 30 kg.<\/li>\n
          10. For orders over PLN 699 net with prepayment, the costs of a single shipment up to 30 kg are covered by Media-MED Sp. z o.o.<\/li>\n
          11. For international orders, additional delivery charges apply.<\/li>\n
          12. If it is not possible to fulfil the entire order, the Seller shall inform the Customer of the available options, in particular partial fulfilment, extension of the fulfilment period, or cancellation of the order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n

            Payment methods<\/h2>\n

            The customer can choose the following payment methods:<\/p>\n
