Product description

Neodisher MediClean is a liquid detergent based on surfactants with a particularly low environmental impact, which aids cleaning and is non-foaming. neodisher MediClean removes organic residues such as dried blood with high material protection, particularly well dissolving deposits hardened by preliminary disinfection.

Stainless steel, tool steel, glass optics and plastics typically used in anaesthetic equipment are resistant to the working solutions of the product. Cleaning with neodisher MediClean provides material protection for natural anodised aluminium. Demineralised water should be used for the thermal disinfection stage of the final rinse. Colour-anodised aluminium should be pre-tested for its reaction.

For washing water hardness above 5° d, it is recommended to install a water softener to prevent limescale deposits and reduce the amount of detergent.

Application

Machine and manual washing of surgical instruments, dental instruments including contra-angles, endoscopes, anaesthetic equipment, all types of containers and other medical devices.

 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

For machine washing of instruments: 0\2 – 1.0 % (2 – 10 ml/l) at 40 – 60°C. For machine cleaning of flexible endoscopes: 0.5 % (5 ml/l).

For manual washing:

for immersion and ultrasonic cleaning: 0.5–2.0 %.

Working solutions during manual washing should be changed at least once a day.

Solutions neodisher MediClean they must be completely rinsed out.

Do not mix the concentrate with other products.

Flush the dosing system with water before changing the product.
