CleanaScope* – transport trolley for endoscopes

Endoscope transport trolley CleanaScope® is part of a system designed for the safe transport of endoscopes between the procedure room, the pre-cleaning area and the reprocessing area. The solution helps to separate clean equipment from contaminated equipment and reduces the risk of errors during transport.

The CleanaScope® system includes a trolley, transport trays, lids and disposable protective covers. The individual components are available as variants on a single product page, enabling you to assemble a set tailored to your facility's workflow.

CleanaScope – safe transport of endoscopes

The system enables the contaminated endoscope to be secured immediately after the procedure and transported on a covered tray to the site of pre-cleaning or further reprocessing.

Following the completion of a correctly performed reprocessing procedure, the tray may be used to transport the clean endoscope to the procedure room. The system can also serve as a short-term protection for the equipment prior to its use.

Segregation of clean and contaminated endoscopes

The single-use CleanaScope® Double Liner set consists of a tray liner section and a flexible cover. Labelling „CLEAN” i „CONTAMINATED” they make it easier to identify the status of the transported endoscope.

Double-sided labelling supports the organisation of equipment flow and helps to reduce the risk of accidentally mixing up endoscopes awaiting reprocessing with devices prepared for reuse.

Design of the CleanaScope transport trolley

The trolley is equipped with four swivel castors that make it easy to move the unit between rooms. The castors can be locked with a brake to stabilise the trolley when loading and unloading trays.

The pushchair variant available on the product page includes the complete set six trays. Trays, covers and protective cases can also be ordered separately.

Organisation of transport within the facility

The transport system should be used in accordance with the approved division into clean and contaminated zones. After each use, reusable items must undergo the procedures specified in the manufacturer's instructions and facility procedures.
