System VHP® VICTORY™ a mobile solution utilizing VHP® Process Technology, designed for the biodecontamination of clean, dry and hermetically sealed rooms with a volume of from 28 to 566 m³.
Device VICTORY™ introduces new standards in the field of room biodecontamination. They are characterised by high efficiency and material compatibility of the sterilising agent, documented efficacy against a wide spectrum of microorganisms, including the most resistant spore forms, a short duration of the complete process, as well as ergonomics, mobility, and ease of use.

STERIS® VHP® VICTORY™ has four factory-set cycles:

• basic cycle without dryer with 12-log spore reduction
• basic cycle without drier with 6 log spore reduction
• 400 PPM concentration control
• 250 PPM concentration monitoring

Device STERIS® VHP® VICTORY™, can be operated via the built-in touch screen or remotely from a computer connected via Ethernet. The SmartPhase™ software automatically starts the biodecontamination cycle 2 minutes after the program is selected and approved by the Operator. Using the connected TS1000™ three-parameter system monitoring temperature, relative humidity, and hydrogen peroxide concentration, SmartPhase™ adjusts the release rate of the sterilising agent to ambient conditions. This makes it possible to achieve the intended decontamination efficacy without the need for an air dehumidifier, while simultaneously eliminating the risk of condensation of the agent on surfaces.

STERIS® VHP® VICTORY™, by injecting a sterilising agent at a rate of 5-35 g/min, is capable of decontaminating a room with a cubic capacity of up to 566 m³. It is possible to connect up to 10 devices together via Ethernet STERIS® VHP® VICTORY™ what allows for the simultaneous decontamination of rooms with a total cubic capacity of up to 5,000 m³. All devices can be operated via the integrated B&R PLC control system or a dedicated computer programme RealVNC Software.

Using an additional Aerator AR1200™, which catalyses the sterilising agent, the aeration time and thus the complete biodecontamination cycle is significantly shortened.
Wide spectrum of activity, the highest possible effectiveness in reducing microorganisms, application of the sterilising agent adapted to ambient conditions, and an accelerated aeration process make the device STERIS® VHP® VICTORY™ is the most effective and efficient room decontamination system.

A sterilising agent compatible with the decontamination system STERIS® VHP® VICTORY™ there is an aqueous solution of Vaprox® hydrogen peroxide with a concentration of 35%, available in 950 ml cartridges or large 19 l canisters.
