CHOICE BLUE protective sheet set, alternately packed with TWRAP synthetic sheets.

Together they form a complete, ready-to-use packaging system.

CHOICE BLUE – fully synthetic, latex-free, 4-layer non-woven fabric with a weight of 55 g/m², designed to provide a microbiological and protective barrier in both dry and wet conditions. Enhanced tensile strength parameters – 2.4 kN/m in the longitudinal direction and 1.35 kN/m in the transverse direction – make the non-woven fabric significantly more durable and flexible than standard packaging. Elongation in the machine direction is 70%, and in the cross-direction 65%.

TWRAP – used as an outer layer, designed for packaging heavy sets, both for sterilisation and for transporting materials. They offer up to 100% higher strength parameters compared to standard synthetic sheets. They are made entirely from longitudinal polypropylene fibres with a basis weight of 60 g/m². They have a tensile strength of 3.6 kN/m in the longitudinal direction and 2.4 kN/m in the transverse direction. They should be used with packaging featuring a sterile barrier, such as: paper, non-woven fabric, or synthetic non-woven fabrics (SMS, SMMS or SMA). The elongation in the longitudinal direction is 125%, and in the transverse direction 130%.
